These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our website and the energy healing services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Dynamic Life Energy provides web-based energy healing services. These services are intended to complement, not replace, traditional medical care.

2. User Conduct

You agree to treat Dynamic Life Energy staff and other users with respect. This includes avoiding:

• Hateful speech
• Threatening language
• Rude or abusive behavior

3. Payment and Refunds

• All services must be paid for in advance.
• You can cancel your appointment for a full refund up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or for missed appointments.
• No refunds will be given after services have been rendered
• Chargebacks initiated with your bank after services have been rendered will be considered a violation of these Terms.

4. Disclaimer

Energy healing is a complementary therapy and results may vary. We do not make any guarantees or claims about the outcome of our services. Our services are never a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.  Always consult with a licensed physician before making any changes to your healthcare routine.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Life Energy will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal injury
• Loss of data or information

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dynamic Life Energy regarding your use of our website and services.
